A BILL to repeal section seven, article twenty-seven, chapter
eleven of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the health care
provider tax on providers of emergency ambulance service.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 27. PROVIDER TAXES.
§1. Repeal of section imposing tax on providers of emergency ambulance service.
Section seven, article twenty-seven, chapter eleven of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, is hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the health care
provider tax currently imposed on providers of emergency
ambulance service.
